| Sin é
This is a rebrand project for the pub Sin é. Most of the pub’s customers are either tourists or regulars. As part of my research I spoke to one of the workers. He shared some brilliant stories about the pub and it’s regulars. I knew I had to incorporate them into the brand in some way. I did this through a series of illustrations. To make sure both of the brand’s audiences were catered for, I designed beer mats with these illustrations that doubled as postcards.
| Café Rabbit
For this branding project I was free to use my imagination and create my own café. I came up with the idea of basing the branding on a mischievous childhood imaginary friend that I named “Rabbit.” The café embraces the chaos of childhood, while providing a cozy zone for the parents to enjoy their coffee.
| STA Travel
I created a campaign for STA Travel. The aim was to inspire a new generation of travelers. The concept behind my design is to create
an app that would work as a virtual tour guide. The app shows new travelers all the best spots in their area and suggests routes around the area that will optimise their short time in that location.
| Packaging
For this project I was paired with another girl from my class and we got on really well. We had to create physical packaging for a new food product range every week for the first five weeks. At the end we also had to put together a kit entitled the “How to Destroy your Boss Kit.” We decided to make our kit into a prank box. The buyer would purchase the box, thinking they could prank their boss with it, but instead the box pranks them. The first two sections contain boxes, one unopenable and the other containing a fake snake that springs out when it’s opened. The next section contains a letter, telling the buyer that they have been pranked, signed off by THE BOSS. Should they choose to open the last section, glitter will shoot out and make
a mess for them to clean.
